Tutoring/ Teaching

Try to do an activity that fits within this topic. I volunteered through a university club where I would go to a local middle school and teach geometry once a week. I continued this over the pandemic through virtual office hours and then continued tutoring during my gap year.

Here are some activities you can do to fulfill this:

• Tutoring elementary/ middle school students
• Serving as a TA for a class (this could also help form connections with professors for a letter of recommendation)
• Peer tutoring through a science learning center
