Other Extracurriculars

Aside from the areas above, try to focus on leadership skills through your activities as well. This can mean taking on a leadership position at a club you are involved in for example. Try internships that you are interested in, do on-campus jobs if you want, or join a dance club! The possibilities are endless, but make sure you put yourself in the best position you can by being involved in activities.

Your awards and publications will also count as "activities" for the purposes of the AMCAS.
